Sandbox Interactive's stance is that local packet-reading tools are permitted as long as they don't modify game state or automate gameplay. The companion does neither — it observes inventory and uploads snapshots, nothing else.

Prices come from the Albion Online Data Project (AODP), a community-maintained dataset that polls Albion's marketplace and aggregates the observations roughly every 5 minutes. AlbionCore caches AODP responses for the same window. Each price row carries a freshness chip (fresh / stale / cold) so you know how recent the read is.
